Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ironwood Forged is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Ironwood Forged is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@ironwoodforged.com with photos of the damage. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
